    LOVED this book just as much as the first one in the series. In this story you're introduced to Dylan and her love story with Smith, the ultimate bad boy of rock and roll. You follow Smith through his addictions and then see him overcome them all for his love for the girl who he wanted to change for. Throw in some hot sex, some crazy drama & a packed tour bus, and you're in for a right treat. I couldn't get enough of this book or this series!

    Recently I have bought a few books that I have left unfinished or, having reached the end, thought that was time I will never get back. I am not damming this book with faint praise when I say it was worth my time and yours to.

    Loved Dylan and Smith. Great characters with good back stories.

    I am now going to read the next book in this series.

    Dylan is a physician assistant and goes on tour with the devil's share to care for lexi whilst pregnant. Smith is the bassist of devil's share. Instant chemistry begins to simmer between the 2 when they meet and grows stronger throughout the tour. Dylan has suffered heartbreak and Smith had a awful childhood which lead him too partying, drugs and sex. As the 2 grow closer they let each other in and begin to open up but is it enough when Smith's past comes back in full force?

    Play Dirty is the second book in the Devil’s Share Series. Smith the sexy lost bassist might of met his match with the new nurse Dylan, that’s there to help Lexi on tour. Dylan agreeing to go on tour with Lexi and the band is having a hard time being professional around Smith, but also learning to cut loose and have a little fun in her life. Dylan suspects Smith uses drugs and she can’t go that route again. Smith knows he has a problem, but his past keeps haunting him and he can’t let it go. There is too much darkness inside him, and Dylan is pure and light, he’s scared he is going to ruin her with him being so tainted.

    Smith is dear to my heart. His story is one of my favorites, how can I not love a New Orleans man that uses “Cher” as a nickname. His story and past is a beautiful tragedy, that has made him so heart broken. He tries to take control of his life but always falling short, self inflicted guilt will do that to a person. Dylan is his perfect match. She balances him out, not trying to save him, but remind him that he is a strong person and he can do it all on his own. She brings the better side out of him. They are quite a few steamy scenes, and you get to experience that raw lust with these two. Their is a lot of foreplay and banter. The thing I love about Maxa’s books is the dialogue. She is the true Queen of Dialogue. You will have a lot of it, and I’m a big fan. This is my favorite book in this series, but yet not my favorite character, but this storyline really shined.

    I love this series, one thing I hate is when authors move into new characters and forget the original ones, but Lexi and Dash are very much present here while focusing on smith and dylan. This is very much a devil's share series and I love it. My only complaint is the books are too short!

    What I love about this series is that it is continuous. It doesn't tell you one thing in one book and then tells you another in another book. The story is wonderfully written and makes you think that stuff like that actually happens. Smith and Dylan were a wonderful couple and would love to hear more about them later in the series.

    I started reading it a little hesitant because with a series you just never know and I really loved Dash and Lexi first. I wondered if Smith's story could compete. Well, wow, it was incredible! L.P. Maxx was kind enough to not only give us Smith and Dylan's great heartfelt story but we were given so much of Dash and Lexi, actually, the entire band too. I love that!!! This is a great rock star romance series. Sexy, yes, funny, you betcha, strong hero and heroine, heck yes, great storyline, minor editing errors. No cliffhanger relating to Smith, Dylan, Dash and Lexi, and that's all I can say. Really L.P. hurry up with the next book, me loves me some Jacks too and can't wait for the baby. One thing though, Luke takes unrequited love to the extreme if that's what it is. I can't figure it out but he's getting on my nerves a little, I can't blame Dash if he flips out on him one day, he deserves it. Dash has proven his man whore days are over so Luke needs to get over it already and he's 3 years younger than her let's not forget she made her choice already. I'm afraid if he doesn't get a change of heart, I won't be interested in reading his story because he acts too immature. Well back to L.P. Maxx, thanks for another great read and for sharing your talent with us!

    Really, I mean really enjoying this series. It's just amazing, the storyline just flows. I honestly wish the books were longer.
    Dilly was an amazing character, beautiful inside/out, takes no carp. I love how she brought out the best in Smith.
    Smith is a sexy Alpha male. Loved how he overcome most of his addictions with the help and distractions known as Dilly!
    I don't do spoilers, so in saying that READERS really just need to check out these books. Awesome humor, sex, sexy characters and again a storyline that just flows flawlessly.
