I am going through all my Kindle books discovering books I haven't read and forgotten about and re-reading others, This is a re-read, This is the beginning of the series with DASH and LEXI'S kicking us off, The Devil's Share is the name of the band, and Amy (Drummer's sister) and Lexi finally get to see him in action, were upon Lexi and Dash meet, what follows is a nice story, nothing spectacular, I have read a lot rock star books and I like them gringy and dirty, this was neither, was it bad no, why 4 stars, because it was well thought out, well written and an OK read, I have all the others so I will read them and hopefully this is the spring board for a good enjoyable series, and sometimes that's all you need. You pick a read up and you get a nice feeling, no angst, no drama just NICE. Well done

    Where do I even begin when leaving this review, LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS BOOK!! Can't say it any simpler than that.
    I was like an addict when reading it, I couldn't put it down. You fall in love with Lexi & Dash from the get go, along with the rest of The Devil's Share. I've read my fair share of 'Rockstar Romances' but this one for me is up there with the best of them. If you want a story with a HEA..but includes hot, hot sex with romance thrown in..& sexy as sin rock stars, mixed with just enough drama to enjoy it, then you'll love this series.

    This story was amazing you could feel the chemistry that was written in the pages and there was some laugh out loud moments too.

    Dash is the lead singer of the devil's share and Lexington is best friend of amy and has a close relationship with Luke due to growing up together.

    Visiting the boys whilst on tour at another sold out gig there is an instant attraction between Amy and dash, but Amy isn't one to be like the other groupies and makes it clear dash needs to woo her.

    Lexi is offered the job to take pictures for their new album and ends up on tour with them, causing their chemistry to bubble up, when the two finally give into the desire it is explosive but yet they didn't expect what was to come after such an incredible night

    Lexi joins a touring rock group as their photographer, Dash, described as a man-whore, is instantly attracted. They rapidly begin a sexual relationship, there is a broken condom and it is fairly predictable but worth reading.

    This is a really good read, and has some truly wonderfully funny lines. There are a lot of rockstar romance books around, but this one brings enough originality and doesn't fall into the despair that can bring down other such stories. There are undoubtedly plenty of groupies, definite excesses of the non-legal nature, but the bonds that hold the band and the wider family (including mascot!) are delightful. The budding relationship is both hot and enticing, and the honesty between the leads makes the story just that much better. It is the first of a series, and leaves us a little in the lurch at the end - but not in a bad way - other than wanting the next installment as soon as possible!

    I started to read this story but I soon got fed up with it maybe I'm getting jaded or just read too many of these type of romances. Dash is the lead singer with the band Devil's Share and Lexi is the best friend of drummer Luke's sister Amy. one night the girls go to see the band at one of their shows and there is immediate attraction between Dash and Lexi. she tells him she is not like the other's and want's to be wooed before she will sleep with him. it turns out he didn't have to try very hard because she gave it up far too easily and that's where I lost interest and didn't want to read anymore. Rock Star Romances used to be one of my favourite's but now I feel like I'm reading the same story over again and again but with different character names.

    Loves this new ROCKER SERIES! The band 'The Devils Share' oh, I do LOVE ME A GOOD 'Steamy, bad boy's, ROCKER Series!!! Truly jump on them, so when I heard about this- I had to read!! And I am so glad I did!! Yes- it is a series! No it does NOT have cliffy.. They are 'stand a lone, yet each one is based on the next one in the band.. So they do build upon EACHOTHER ! This is the story of the lead singer, man whore, bad boy, sex God, Dash Connor.. And Lexi Grant, photographer and also long time childhood BFF with Any and Amy younger brother by 3 years, Luke - now somewhat 'new' drummer for the band! (Due to old drummer got so bad w/ drugs he had to be asked to leave) So the two girls go watch Luke play, since was so close to their hometown! What Lex didn't expect was when - Dash and Lex's eyes meet they are entranced and something they both can't understand takes over! (What throws Dash off, he knows the attraction, yet.. She won't sleep w him and throw herself on him.. He likes this! It had been a long time since he 'woo'd a woman and this was one woman worth the task!
    Luke is very protective and had some issues at 1st.. But was resolved trying to understand his feeling for Lexi.. Sisterly love vs 'in love..(plus he knew dash and didn't want lex another one of the girls he just discarded..
    Slowly. The entire band becomes entranced by Lex - she was just what they needed.. She was like a breath of fresh air! So Dash asks her to stay on tour and he would pay her ungodly amount of $ to photograph the band.. She advised as long as 'dagger, her dog comes! They are package deal!' DONE! So it begins!!
    Here is the band Dash- singer, Luke, Smith (also cousin of ex drummer - yep, drama! And Jacks! (Oh "guard dog, Dagger"
    So to end my review- I loved this so much I have to say.. I will have so much STEAMY SEX SCENES, (so much a broken condom happens! Oh yes! , laugh out loud almost entire book the boys have 'NO FILTER' OMG! Love them!!
    And to put it in perspective of how this dysfunctional group of rockers are: the baby on board and "Lexi - being Dashes of course and his entire world! Got it, however; " for the rest of band, they have become 'center of their entire universe " so they ALL TAKE A VOTE - majority wins... And she is out numbered! I laughed so hard!
    They hire PA to come take care of her.. Dylan-
    And each one takes a role in helping from eating to exercise, ect.. You just have to read this hot as hell, alpha male men... Become pampering mush behind the scenes!!!
    I can not wait for book 2!!!
    Oh how I love .. Love... COMPLICATED AND ADORABLE "Smith BOK 2 is called 'play fair' yay!!
    Get this book on TBR!! Fabulous! Sexy as hell, drama, there is even a twist and a bit of mystery!! And oh, last thing! Dylan - will be a 'shocker! LMAO.. All I will say!! (Drill sergeant!!! Not too sure how this will go, but as Lexi quotes "things are going to get interesting" bring it on no 2!!! Yippie!!! Fabulous!!!
